LIFELINE is an intentional & missional plan through which God can build His Church. LIFELINE is designed to assist in developing healthy local church ministry on the Sacramento District of the Church of the Nazarene from Manteca & Tracy to the south, Yreka & Dorris to the north, Fairfield in the west, and Fallon, Nevada in the east.
