In addition, a pastor or associate or any other eligible participant, may reserve the condo only once in a given year.  However, if you call within two weeks of the week you want, and it is available, you may reserve it again.  The fees will be the same as the original week usage.

Description of the Condo

The entry level has two bedrooms, a bathroom (walk in shower), laundry area (washer & dryer), and deck off of the master bedroom. One bedroom has two twin beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed and TV. There are large closets in both bedrooms. The second level has a family room (with queen sofa bed), kitchen, a bathroom (walk in shower), and an outside deck off of the family room. The third level is a loft overlooking the family room. Please do not move any of the furniture during your stay.

What's provided?

The condo is fully furnished and sleeps 6.  All bedding, bath linens, and kitchen linens are provided. If you use the family room sofa bed, you will need to make the bed with the provided linens. The kitchen is fully supplied, including dishes, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, stove, dishwasher, glasses and silverware. There is a fireplace for burning a gas log only. The directions for lighting the gas log are located above the fireplace – as well as a fireplace lighter on the mantle or in a drawer in the kitchen. Please do not prepare any food items over the gas log. A DVD player is connected to a flat screen television in the Living Room. You will need to bring your own DVDs. The television has expanded cable so that you get local channels as well as many other network channels. The dining table can be expanded to provide more seating by releasing the locks under the table before pulling it apart. The table leaf can then be pulled up into place. Then secure the locks. Before checking out, please put the table back to its original size. Please be careful when opening the table so you don’t stress the table legs. Please use trivets or hot pads on the table for all hot dishes.

Check-in / Keys

You may enter the condo any time AFTER 4:00 PM on Monday, or any time on the other days of your reservation. There is a key in the lock box on the outer door frame of the front door. A combination will be given to you with your reservation confirmation prior to your arrival. An extra key is located on a hook on the inside wall to the right of the front door. It only unlocks the door lock and not the dead bolt. There is another key on the hook that unlocks the shed on the front porch. The cost of replacing lost keys will be deducted from your security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Refund of reservation fee will be made only with a 30-day notice of cancellation.

Kingswood allows a maximum of 6 people (beds for 4, sofa sleeper for 2). The condo is not available for youth group housing. Bedding for all beds is stored in the Master Bedroom closet.

Pool/Other Condo Activities

For summer tenants, the swimming pool requires a key card for admittance. The card is located on the inside of the kitchen pantry door. Each unit is given one card that stays in the unit. If the card is lost or taken home by one of you, there is a $150 replacement fee charged to you. Please be thoughtful of others and return the key to the inside of the kitchen pantry door.

The pool is located across the street to the north from the Condo. At one end of the pool are bathrooms and an exercise room (a couple of stationary bikes and an elliptical trainer). Down the path behind the pool are 3 tennis courts (Reservations required). Around the tennis courts is a par course trail. The tennis court code will be printed on the reservation confirmation prior to your arrival.

This is a non-pet unit and non-smoking unit.

The condo phone number is (530) 546-0934. You can make credit card calls and local calls from that number. A phone is located on the kitchen counter and in the master bedroom.

Wireless Internet

DSL wireless internet access is provided throughout the condo. The key code for wireless access is printed on your confirmation letter, as well as on the bottom side label of the modem. Please protect the confidentiality of this number.

What Do You Need To Provide?

Although bath soaps are provided through the cleaning service, you may want to bring your own normal size bar of soap. You will also need to provide laundry soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent (dry), dish soap, etc. Of course, you will need to provide your own food items, including seasonings, etc. There is a Safeway located in Kings Beach. Coming out of the condo on Commonwealth, turn left onto North Shore Blvd. (Hwy 267) and drive one mile to North Lake Blvd. (St. Route 28). Turn right and you will see the Safeway on your right.
