Get away to North Lake Tahoe at King’s Beach

The Sacramento District provides a one week rental (Monday-Monday) of a 2 bedroom condo located 1 mile from Kings Beach and 5 miles from Northstar ski area in North Lake Tahoe. It is available year round.

Reservation Fee & Procedure:

Sacramento District Senior Pastors, full-time and part-time Associates, Retired Pastors and lay members of the District Advisory Board:

Total $490 (includes potential refundable $50 security deposit)

 

Off-District Senior Pastors, full-time and part-time Associates, Retired Pastors and lay members of the District Advisory Board:

Total $700 (includes potential refundable $50 security deposit)

  1. All reservations are booked for up to 7 nights, Monday through Sunday night.  Check-in is Monday 4pm to check out Monday by 10am.

  2. Reservations may be requested by email bmarroquin@sacnaz.org or calling District Condo Manager, at (916) 652-1193, ext.3.

  3. Reservation requests are pending until deposit is made.

  4. Upon confirmation of dates, a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours to hold a reservation.

  5. Full payment is required 30 days prior to check-in to hold a reservation. If full balance is not paid the reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund requires a 30 day advance notice from the confirmed date of a reservation. If cancelled after the 30 day policy, refund will be minus $100.
When you have completed your stay, please fill out the Condo Evaluation Form you receive with the Condo Confirmation Packet.  A $50.00 refund will be returned upon receipt of the completed evaluation form and if the condo is in acceptable condition.
